Price Match Policy:

Due to our competitive pricing strategies, we do not offer price matching or discounts on sale items. Only regular-priced products purchased within 24 hours of a new sale price will be eligible. All products initially bought at a discounted price are considered final sale, and standard shipping fees will apply to newly discounted items. Free shipping is available for regular-priced items over $100 before tax. (Some Exclusions Apply)

Returns:

Final Sale on Sale and Clearance Items.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving regular-priced items. To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Failure to send the return within 7 days after approval will void the return/exchange. Customers must provide proof of purchase and use the original packaging. Returns must be shipped in protective packaging; otherwise, they will not be accepted at the shipper's expense.

Customers are responsible for items/packaging damaged during shipping. Returns are not allowed for damaged protective packaging, as it is designed to protect items and is prone to damage. All items are inspected for defects before shipping. Items and packaging must be unworn and in their original condition.

Do not return purchases to the manufacturer unless specified by The Closet Inc. For approved returns, customers will receive in-store or online credit for the goods returned (shipping fees may apply). Credits do not expire.

Returns and exchanges will undergo inspection, and if approved, a credit will be sent to the email associated with the order. Approved exchanges will be at the customer's shipping expense, unless specified by The Closet Inc. Only regular-priced items are eligible for return; sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for exchanges. Shipping labels can be provided at the customer's expense. For all returns/exchanges, email returns@theclosetinc.com.

Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. If of lesser value, an in-store or online credit for the difference will be provided. If an exchange is of greater value, an invoice will be sent for the price difference.

If exchanging for the same item, email returns@theclosetinc.com for approval. Ship items to The Closet Inc, 876 Richmond St., Chatham, Ontario N7M 5J5.

Order Cancellations:

No refunds; exchange or credit only within 30 days. Final sale on all sale or clearance items.

Gifts:

If marked as a gift and shipped directly, receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be applied to your profile.

Shipping:

Send all returns/exchanges to The Closet Inc, 876 Richmond St., Chatham, Ontario N7M 5J5. Customers assume return costs unless specified by The Closet Inc. Exchange shipping costs may vary by location. Returns must be packaged in protective packaging as received; otherwise, they will be refused at the sender's expense.

Shipping labels are provided based on estimated shipping rates per item:

Ontario - Quebec: $14.95 each way
All other provinces: $19.95 each way
Northwest Territories & U.S.A: $25 each way
Shipping rates may vary depending on the number of items returned. Customers may use their own carriers for returns, using a trackable shipping service with insurance. The Closet Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, which will be returned at the customer's expense.
